About Windsor Green
Windsor Green is a Owner-Occupied and Owner-Managed townhome community in New Brighton, Minnesota. It consists of 245 units on 34 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds featuring rolling hills, two ponds, mature trees, beautiful gardens, and miles of walking paths. Amenities include two pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds. It was founded in 1965 as the very first townhome complex in Minnesota.
Windsor Green Association (WGA) is a non-profit homeowner organization, made up of townhome owners, governed by an elected Board of Directors, and managed democratically by committees. WGA owns the common grounds and facilities. Its staff includes an Office Manager, a Head Groundskeeper and Staff.
There are 7 standing committees: Architectural Control Committee (ACC), Landscape, Maintenance, Parking & Vandalism, Recreation, Communications, and Community Affairs. More More information is available on the Board & Committees page.
All homeowners and residents are encouraged to contribute to the activities within the committees.
Committee and Board approval is required for any architectural (anything that impacts how your house looks from the outside) or landscape (anything that impacts the plantation area outside of your four walls) changes. Please do not start any work or proceed to any installation until a written approval is granted.
