If you often feel like you need to "get out of the city" and get away, Windsor Green has 34 shared acres for your personal dose of beauty and recreation and there are 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts, playground sets, and basketball courts for those perfect Minnesota summers.

PRIDE IN OWNERSHIP

We at Windsor Green work hard to promote the health, enjoyment and safety of our residents. We are self-managed, have a full-time maintenance crew and the Windsor Green Board, along with special committees, volunteer their time to the betterment of the community as a whole.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY

Summer swimming lessons in our own pools, neighborhood planned day/night games, basketball court, playground set, plenty of sidewalks for chalk competitions, and Silverwood Park right across the street. So many opportunities for children to play, socialize, and make lifelong friends! All without having to be confined to a backyard.

ESTABLISHED NEIGHBORHOOD

According to Trulia, established neighborhoods are "usually very stable, with longtime residents and community support, which also helps encourage safety and low crime rates." Windsor Green was the first Townhome Association of its kind in Minnesota and has been self-managed since its beginning. And our trees aren't those little shrubby ones, anymore!
