SILVERWOOD PARK

Just a short walk across the street from Windsor Green, you will find yourself at an entrance of 117 acres of a pristine lake, restored prairie, and mature oak savannah forests. Silverwood Park is a unique natural destination devoted to supporting the practice, appreciation and awareness of creative interactions between people and the natural environment. Park amenities include an art gallery, children's programs and events, a café/coffee shop, picnic sites, fishing, canoe and kayak rentals, an outdoor performance space, live music, and so much more.

St. Anthony-New Brighton School District

St. Anthony-New Brighton School District, which serves the city of St. Anthony Village and a portion of New Brighton, has been nationally recognized among the top schools in the country. Though it is the smallest geographic school district in Minnesota, Windsor Green Parents have the privilege of sending their children to this nationally acclaimed school.

SILVER LAKE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER

How nice would it be if all within 1/2 mile, you could be at a 100+ acre park, a shopping center, or cooking in the comforts of your own home? Talk about being spoiled. From grocery stores to hair salons and a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops, you won't need to go far to get most of what you need.

TRANSPORTATION AND DOWNTOWN

Windsor Green is located on a bus route in and out of Minneapolis, and in the corner of 35W and 694. These two major interstates will take you any direction in a hurry. 12 minutes to get to the heart of Downtown Minneapolis and even faster to get out of the city completely for a Northern escape.
